Controller principle and charging time of electric standing wheelchair
The principle of the controller is as follows: it generates rectangular pulses and adjusts the speed of the motor by the duty ratio of the pulses. The rotor of the motor is a coil and the stator is a permanent magnet. The pulse wave is rectified by the inductance of the coil and becomes a stable direct current. The duty cycle of the pulse is controlled by the speed control button on the handle. There is a light-emitting diode and a receiving diode in the speed control button, and a partition with transparency from light to dark is in the middle so that the signal will change from weak to strong. It is sent to the controller to generate rectangular pulses with different duty cycles.
Generally, a 24V battery with a capacity of 12Ah and a charging time of 5 to 8 hours is sufficient. Some use 6Ah capacity batteries, it is estimated that it will be full after charging for 3 hours. It is automatically charged with the charger, regardless of the charging time.
